One more Pinoy in Cannes Short Film Corner

ONE MORE Filipino filmmaker was accepted to be part of the Short Film Corner of the 69th Cannes Film Festival in France, from May 11 to 22. Rafael Mendoza’s “Rat Park” (15 minutes) joins 11 other Filipino short films in the program designed to help budding filmmakers connect with industry professionals in the world’s top cinema event.
