Lovi-Solenn concert, a sexy affair

In “Fantaisie,” Lovi Poe’s French boudoir-inspired concert with Solenn Heussaff, the 26-year-old actress promised that they will not only perform love songs and sultry dance numbers, but also talk about their dream guys, romantic fantasies and other personal stories.
Whether or not she would touch on her purported breakup with boyfriend Rocco Nacino, however, remains to be seen.
In a recent interview with the Inquirer, Lovi politely declined to confirm the real score between her and her fellow GMA 7 talent, but nonetheless assured her fans that she’s “very happy right now.”
“I’m happy where I’m at. I’m focused on myself and I’m living a healthy lifestyle… Things can’t get any better,” she said, adding that her fans have “nothing to worry about” when it comes to her love life.
The couple, who began dating in 2014, were reported to have called it quits late last year, allegedly because of a third party on Rocco’s part and money issues—rumors that the actor had already denied.
Asked what song best describes her love life at the moment, Lovi said, laughing, that revealing it would be a giveaway. “But Solenn and I will have around seven numbers each, which include such songs as ‘I Can’t Make You Love Me’ and ‘Don’t Dream It’s Over,’” she said.
Lovi related that the songs she and Solenn selected for the concert reflect some of their experiences, which they will talk about. More than a musical show, it’s a storytelling session of sorts, she added.
“We’ll discuss the different stages of love—being happy… until reality hits you, and you’re left to choose whether you’ll get back together or move on.”
The concert, which will be held at Music Museum tomorrow, will feature guests JC de Vera, Rodjun Cruz and Ogie Alcasid. It will be a sexy affair, maybe occasionally naughty at times.
“Our costumes will be the things we usually put on in our bedrooms,” Lovi said.
