‘Lakbay2Love’ premiere
UP Bike Share, a student organization that aims to promote cleaner modes of transportation through its bike-sharing system, brings an outdoor screening of “Lakbay2Love,” starring Solenn Heussaff, Dennis Trillo and Kit Thompson. It will be at the UP Diliman Quezon Hall Amphitheater this afternoon at 5. Tickets are sold at P200 (UP Diliman students) and P220 (non-UP students). Ronnie Liang in ‘Bituin’
Aliw awardee Ronnie Liang is part of the all-Filipino stage production, “Bituing Walang Ningning: The Musical,” which also stars Mark Bautista, Cris Villonco, Menchu Lauchengco-Yulo and newcomer Monica Cuenco. He takes the stage as Garry Diaz in the musical held at the Newport Performing Arts Theater.

‘Love Playlist of Carpenters and Platters’
“The Love Playlist of Carpenters and Platters” will be held at the Midas Tent on Feb. 14 and at Kia Theatre, Araneta Center on Feb. 15.
The show features Laurie Briggs as Karen Carpenter and The Fabulous Sounds of the Platters, headed by Donne Ray Radford, a fourth generation member of The Platters.
Laurie will perform The Carpenters’ hits like “Close to You,” “Top of the World” and “Superstar.” The Fabulous Sounds of The Platters will perform classics such as “Only You,” “The Great Pretender” and “Smoke Gets In Your Eyes.”
