Apologies are good, but can never fully rectify the mistake that’s been committed. Whoever said emceeing is an easy job?”

Christine Enojo, housewife: “Ken Chan is convincing as a gay character on ‘Destiny Rose,’ especially in earlier telecasts before his cross-dressing sequences. I hope he’ll be given meatier, straight-guy roles next.”
Raul Castor, film enthusiast: “If there’s one MMFF movie I am excited to see, it’s ‘Honor Thy Father,’ starring John Lloyd Cruz. I want to see John Lloyd in this unconventional role. Another plus factor is its writer, Michiko Yamamoto of ‘Magnifico’ and ‘Ang Pagdadalaga ni Maximo Oliveros.’”
