WENCESLAO. Keeps the legacy of his father alive.

The leading property developer, DM Wenceslao & Associates Inc., is celebrating its 50th year of helping build not just structures, but also a better way of life for its Filipino clients.

The construction and real estate giant was founded in 1965 and has survived the test of time to become one of the country’s most reliable real estate and construction companies today.

It all began with one man’s vision: “My father was a military engineer who participated in the defense of Bataan. After leaving the military, he decided to put up a construction company,” shared DMWAI chair Delfin Wenceslao Jr. “He taught us determination, passion and perseverance.”

“Today, the third generation of Wenceslaos are also working in the company,” noted Delfin Angelo, the youngest son of Wenceslao Jr., who has a Master of Science in Real Estate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The company is the developer of Aseana City, located between Entertainment City in Parañaque and SM Mall of Asia in Pasay.
