Daniel Matsunaga, Erich Gonzales: Secret lovers?

The news on actress Erich Gonzales breaking up with her non-showbiz boyfriend as revealed by her friend, TV-host actress Kris Aquino on Wednesday night fueled speculations that she’s now involved with Brazilian-Japanese model-actor Daniel Matsunaga.
Aquino, in her late night-show “Aquino & Abunda” on Wednesday said Gonzales has ended her four-year relationship with her businessman boyfriend.
The President’s sister said Gonzales confirmed the break-up after she asked Gonzales about her status with her boyfriend via text message.
She said Gonzales replied to her, “No more, Ate.”
Now what was once rumors–Gonzales breaking up with her boyfriend for Matsunaga– that started as early as February this year have given more reasons for fans to exclaim the show-biz favorite dictum, “confirmed!”

The two have been co-actors in the recently concluded ABS-CBN soap opera “Two Wives.”
Both Gonzales and Matsunaga on their social media accounts have been posting photos of them together.

Aquino playing matchmaker has very been vocal—expectedly among other show-biz and nonshow-biz related things—about Gonzales and Matsunaga’s possible real-life romance.
In an earlier interview, Aquino even likened Gonzales to Matsunaga’s ex-girlfriend, Heart Evangelista, who is now married to Senator Francis Escudero.
Aquino was quoted as saying that Gonzales’ physical attributes match those of Evangelista’s oriental appeal, her being lean and fragile looking, the type that Matsunaga loved in a woman.
In Aquino’s daily morning leisure show, “Kris TV,” there were many out-of-town episodes when she would take Gonzales and Matsunaga as her regular guests. NC/ TVJ
