K-pop groups Girls’ Generation, Super Junior, BTOB arrive in Manila
Korean pop (K-pop) groups Girls’ Generation, Super Junior, and BTOB have arrived in Manila for their concert at the Philippine Arena on Sunday.
The groups arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) Terminal 1 at about 12:10 p.m.
Girls’ Generation and Super Junior will headline the “Best of Best K-pop Concert” on Sunday. They will also perform with rookie girl group Red Velvet and all-boy group BTOB.
Fans of the K-pop groups trooped to Naia to have a glimpse of their idols.
It will be the fifth time for Super Junior and the second time for Girls’ Generation to hold a concert in Manila. On the other hand, it will be the first time for Red Velvet and BTOB to perform in the country.
Super Junior is behind the hits, “Mamacita,” “Sorry, Sorry” and “Mr. Simple.”
Article continues after this advertisementMeanwhile, Girls’ Generation was made famous by their hit songs “I Got A Boy,” “Run, Devil, Run” and “Gee.” They also recently released a new song titled “Catch Me If You Can,” their first song as an eight-member group following the exit of Jessica Jung last year.
