Batanes is truly amazing

During our last trip to Batanes, our Amazing Photo Safari group took time out from its fun activities to pose for a “class photo” that says it all: Seated are Tyler Navasero, Ditas Hilario and I. Standing are Ani Po; Bubut Hilario; Mariel Tayson; Rose Hilario Libongco; Gloria Gotoco; Lynn Buenviaje, and former Bayanihan dancer Celia Arreza Espiritu and hubby, Roby Espiritu, retired ADB financial analyst. They wear the vakul, the Ivatans’ gear to protect them from heat or rain while farming.

Conducting photoworkshops in Batanes since 2006 is such fun! Our next trip is on April 24-27. We also have the Socsargen photo safari on June 12-15, covering General Santos, Lake Sebu and Sarangani.
