‘Madrasta,’ ‘MMK’ in UP

In celebration of Women’s Month, two female-centered Filipino films will be shown at the Cine Adarna of the UP Film Institute in Diliman. On March 16, “Madrasta” will be screened at 5 p.m. and “Maalaala Mo Kaya the Movie” at 7:30 p.m. The two films’ director, Olivia M. Lamasan, and producer, Charo Santos-Concio, are expected to attend. Both films were digitally restored by ABS-CBN Archives.
