Despite her Civil Engineering degree from Silliman University and a career with DMCI, Glory Abueva heeded her dreams and began painting in 1987—and has become a seasoned artist over the years!

Her works are now being displayed in Europe, the US and Asia. Her advocacy inspires her to teach street kids, children from orphanages and the deaf and mute.

Her signature images are women with long necks, small waistlines and wide butts. She often portrays men as having only one eye.
