4 awards for PH in US fest

The Philippines won four awards in the Asian-American and Pacific Islander section of the first Equality International Film Festival held in Oakland, California, recently. Will Fredo’s “In Nomine Matris” won best film and Liza Diño, best actress for the same film; while Lemuel Lorca won best director for “Mauban: Ang Resiko” and Sid Lucero, best actor for the same film. Bayani San Diego Jr.
