Love makes Iza Calzado bloom

If Iza Calzado is blooming these days, it’s due to her two-year romance with businessman Ben Wintle.
The couple was introduced to each other by common friend, Isabelle Daza, in 2011, when Iza was nursing a broken heart. They found common interests in fitness and food.
She discloses, “I make him kawawa—that’s my lambing. We tease each other incessantly.”
On their first date, Ben began teasing Iza and called her “fatty” after learning that she used to be overweight.
The actress shares, “When you’re younger, nice guys bore you. Later, you realize that nice is good—and Ben is a good guy. He’s a little too good for me! I’m the mischievous one in our relationship.”
In fact, Ben has given her a sense of security. She explains, “My parents are no longer around. He’s the only person I can rely on if anything happens to me. He says he’s working for our future. If you’ve got a good thing going, appreciate it!”
If her boyfriend proposes, how does she want it done? Iza replies, “I’m not in any rush to take the plunge, but I want something creative. Surprise me! I want a small and intimate outdoor wedding.”
