CineKabalen fest in Angeles City

The CineKabalen Kapampangan Film Festival will screen films for free at SM City Clark Cinema 4 in Angeles City on Dec 13. Exhibition films will be shown from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. From 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., 10 finalists in the shorts competition will be screened. Call 0915-2601946. Bayani San Diego Jr.
