Gary Valenciano celebrates the holiday season at Resorts World Manila with a one-night concert at the Newport Performing Arts Theater on Dec. 11. He will be joined by girl group AKA Jam and pop-opera act Primoverra.

‘MBC National Choral Competition’

Guest stars will perform at the Aliw Theater when Manila Broadcasting Company and Star City mount the “2014 MBC National Choral Competitions” next week. The music artists include Sarah Caballero (Dec. 9), Darren Espanto (Dec. 10), Morissette Amon (Dec. 11), Jonalyn Viray (Dec. 12) and Aegis (Dec. 13).

A total of 44 groups will compete in the “MBC National Choral Competitions.” Concerts will also be held at the Grand Atrium of Shangri-La Plaza (Dec. 11 and 12). For inquiries, call tel. 5553477 or 8326125.
