Tia Pusit’s condition worsens after double bypass surgery

MANILA, Philippines — Comedienne Tia Pusit’s condition has reportedly gone worse after her double bypass surgery two weeks ago, Inquirer’s Bandera reported on Thursday.

“Dear friends of Tia Pusit. Two weeks after her operation, her situation has [worsened]. She had two episodes of stroke, blood clots with little brain activity,” her son Christian Uybengkee said in a statement sent to entertainment media.

“Worse, her kidney is failing rapidly. Please pray for her. She’s at the Philippine Heart Center, Medical Intensive Care Unit 4th Floor Room 428 in case you want to visit her. Thank you,” he added.
