Gil passed away on Sept. 1; he was 52.

Sister Cherie Gil of My Own Mann Productions told the Inquirer: “Mark lived for his work and craft. Everyone must know this. It is his birth anniversary on the 25th, too. The family felt it best to honor him and celebrate his life this way, through his brilliant work as an actor.” Bayani San Diego Jr.
