Lav Diaz’ ‘Norte, Hangganan ng Kasaysayan’ wins in Serbia

MANILA, Philippines—Lav Diaz’s “Norte, Hangganan ng Kasaysayan” won Best Film at the Pancevo International Film Fest in Serbia, said producer Moira Lee.
“Norte” will have screenings in local commercial theaters from Sept. 10 to 16.
