As part of its 29th anniversary celebration, the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board is holding a poster-making contest for kids Friday at the Albergus Open Court in Quezon City. The event, according to board officials, is aimed at “empowering the Filipino family,” and has been mounted in cooperation with the National Council for Children’s Television. Marinel R. Cruz
