Celine Dion concert ticket refunds start Monday

Organizers of pop star Celine Dion’s canceled Manila concert have announced that refunding of tickets will start Monday. Dion canceled the November 29 gig, saying she was taking an “indefinite” hiatus from performing to attend to urgent matters.
