MANILA, Philippines—Celebrity host Boy Abunda on Tuesday night said in jest on live television he will agree to be filmed in a sex video if only his co-host and close friend Kris Aquino will direct it.
Aquino answered in the negative, saying, “Yuck Boy, at your age, with your body?”
“Krissy, you’d be surprised,” Abunda said to Aquino.
Prior to the conversation, Aquino and Abunda were discussing in their eponymously named weeknight talk show the controversial scandal video allegedly involving TV host-anchor Paolo Bediones.
Both said they saw already the sex video and they pitied the women whose names were dragged into the issue. There were about two to three female names that floated in the guessing game that followed after the video came out Sunday.
“Kawawa naman. Why is it like that? The women involved are the ones pilloried by the public but the men, for them, it’s like almost a trophy?” Aquino said in Pilipino.
Abunda said Bediones’ human rights were violated because after all, it’s a private video that was leaked into the Internet, obviously, without his consent.
Aquino said on the brighter side, at least Bediones is still single and doesn’t have a girlfriend or a family of his own—wife and children—who will be severely affected and put to shame.
The alleged sex video has been trending topic among netizens since it came out over the weekend, at some point toppling the 100th anniversary of the Iglesia ni Cristo on Sunday and President Benigno Aquino III’s 5th State of the Nation Address.
Before ending the conversation, Abunda “warned” the public they’ve received reports that there are two more videos involving Bediones that will come out in the following days.
