MOMMY D graced the Socsargen Photo Safari’s stopover in GenSan.

Manny Pacquiao dotes on his mother with love, diamonds and other expensive items they couldn’t afford when they were still living in the mountains of GenSan. Mommy D narrated that the boxing champ has always been a good son, helping her eke out a living.

Mommy D taught her children to be God-fearing and do what is right in life. Like any mother, she doesn’t like seeing her son getting hurt.

I was elated to put Amanda’s wings pin on the lapel of her uniform, proud to have her follow in my footsteps. It transported me back to the time when my brother, Hector, pinned my wings on my uniform 45 years ago.
