In this Jan. 23, 2014 video frame grab released by the Miami Beach Police Department, shows singer Justin Bieber, right, taking to R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff , left, while both were under arrest at the Miami Beach police in Miami Beach, Fla. AP

MIAMI, Florida—A South Florida judge could decide whether to allow the release of remaining police video of Justin Bieber depicting the singer urinating into a cup for a drug test.

Miami-Dade County Judge William Altfield set a hearing Tuesday afternoon after reviewing the five video clips. Lawyers for Bieber, who turned 20 on Saturday, are attempting to block the video’s release as an invasion of privacy.

Attorneys for The Associated Press and other news outlets say Florida law requires release of the video and that any sensitive portions can be blacked out.
