MANILA, Philippines – Representative Regina Ongsiako Reyes and the people of Marinduque were relieved that they were spared from the wrath of Supertyphoon “Yolanda.” They were able to celebrate the fiesta of the Our Lady of Biglang Awa.

Reyes loves Christmas because it brings out the child in her, and allows her to bond with her family.
