Child star wins best actress in NY


Barbara Miguel won best actress at the Harlem International Film Festival, held in New York recently, for her work in Joseph Israel Laban’s “Nuwebe.”

She played a 9-year-old incest victim in the Cinemalaya movie.  Bayani San Diego Jr.
