Angel Locsin lends a hand

Angel Locsin joined Philippine Red Cross volunteers on Tuesday to help pack and distribute relief goods to families displaced by this week’s floods. Her manager Ethel Ramos told the Inquirer that the actress also asked Mang Inasal, a fast-food chain she endorses, to send chicken meals to about 7,000 evacuees. Bayani San Diego Jr.
